This is a Jamie Thomas Blue ‘Smith Grind’ board from late 1999 / early 2000. It is from the first run as you can tell by the ADIO shirt on the top graphic, which later changed to a Cross.
The board is in excellent condition, but has some screenprint cracking due to age as shown.
